How Does It Work?
We start with a custom design and run it through our digital printer to produce the exact design on sublimation transfer paper with sublimation ink. The sublimation paper is then heat pressed at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. This is when the ink and transfer material turn from solid to a gas. Once they are in a gas state, the ink clings onto the fibers of the garment leaving a permanent and professional result.
Why Is It Better?
LOOKS: You can print full, multiple bright colors with a custom design. No Limitations!
COMFORT: The ink gets embedded into the fabrics fibers, which allows for the design to feel as if its part of the uniform and not on the uniform.
QUALITY: Due to the uniforms being heat pressed at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, they shrink in production, so you will never have to worry about them shrinking once received. Since the ink is now part of the fabric, not only is it more comfortable, but there is not extra material being pressed or printed on, this is why our uniforms will never fade, peel or tarnish!
